Key features

• Vertical elevation or horizontal for your choice of padlock.

• For any shackle up to 15 mm thick.

• Secured with our standard M10 coach bolts and 4 screws.

• 16 mm shackle hole allows you to find your own suitable padlock shackle.

• Separated shackle and hasp design allows the padlock to be properly supported on the door frame.

• M10 coach bolts are hidden within our optional cover plates when purchase with this product.

• Powder coated in Black.

• Zinc plated steel construction for long continuous use.

• Formed shaped Lazer cut 5 mm thick steel without any welding which provides extra strength to attacks.

• Two 10 mm squared holes for fitting bolts through the gate or door main vertical supporting beam.

• Optional cover plate available for total protection.

Fitting for Shrouded type padlocks

• Close door and position Hasp vertically on door frame with shackle section at east 3 mm away from the edge of door frame "check door opens"

• Close door and position Staple on door in-line with Hasp on door frame with at least 3 mm gap between the two component "check door opens"

• Fit your shrouded padlock.

• Optional protection shielding with either our Mk7 or Mk7-T cover plate.

Fitting for Discus and Container type padlocks

• Close door and position Staple on door frame with shackle front left edge section at least 3 mm away from edge of door frame "check door opens"

• Close door and position Hasp on door in-line with Staple on door frame with at least 3 mm gap between the two components "check door opens"

• Fit your Discuss or Container type padlock.

• Optional protection shielding with either our Mk7 or Mk7-T cover plate.
